Williams Ranch is located on the northeast part of town and include the street names of Silverlode Drive, Williams Ranch Court, and Williams Ranch Road.  The units were constructed in 1997 and 1998 and consists of 35 units.  There are included in the project 5 RO single-family homes, 10 RO-5 single-family four-bedroom homes, 2 Category 4 single-family four-bedroom homes, 4 Category 2 four-bedroom duplexes, 4 Category 3 three-bedroom duplexes, 6 Category 2 two-bedroom duplexes and 4 Category 2 one-bedroom units.
