Burlingame Ranch was developed by the City of Aspen with the first phase completed in December of 2008.  The first phase consists of 91 units, ranging from Category 2 up to RO.  There are one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom and single-family homes located within Phase I.  Phase 2 and Phase 3 are in the process of going through the development phase with the hope that construction will begin in about four to five years.
