Units for the 2008/2009 Fall/Winter Season will be available starting August 18, 2008. All units are on a first- come first-serve basis. Units are not reserved in advance. All apartments are two bedroom units and allow up to two unrelated person per unit. The apartments are furnished with the basics. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, under-cabinet microwave, and a two burner cook top (there is not an oven). There is an on-site clean coin operated laundry facility and a common area with vending machines.    To hold your unit, security deposit, 1st month's and last month's rent are needed. The current rental rate is $1150.00 per month. The security deposit is equal to one month's rent. You will be responsible to pay rent from the time deposit is received. Included in the rental amount are all utilities (except cable and internet).    The City of Aspen encourages the use of public transportation; please leave your vehicle at home, Burlingame is on the bus-line. If you do opt to bring a vehicle; there is a limited number of parking spaces. Parking is $75.00 per month; the parking deposit is $75.00. The parking lot is gated, you will be issued a gate controller and parking permit. All unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.   You must be able to verify full-time employment (a minimum of 30 hours) in Pitkin County. Click here to download a copy of the Seasonal Rental application.
