Conveniently located just outside the City of Aspen, at the Aspen Golf Course.   Truscott does not offer seasonal rentals; a one-year lease minimum is required. When a unit becomes available a sign-up list is started at the Housing Office, prospective tenants must come in and sign up. Priority for these units is given to longest consecutive full-time employment history in Pitkin County. No proof of employment is required at the time of sign up; it will be required once the unit is offered.   Tenants pay for telephone and cable T.V., and all other utilities are included in the rent. Units are unfurnished. A common coin-op laundry facility is available. NO PETS. This is an auto disincentive project with very limited parking.
