TO CONDITIONALLY SECURE A UNIT BY MAIL:
1) Talk to Property Manager to ensure availability.
2) Submit a completed and signed copy of theMarolt Ranch Housing Conditional Agreement with payment for the deposit monies to the Property Manager, Cashier’s checks and money orders only. Please include all applicants' names and contact information.
Make checks payable to the “City of Aspen” for $3,090.00 USD (First month’s rent, last month’s rent and security deposit) and mail to:

3) Obtain e-mail confirmationfrom the Property Manager.
(a) A valid Colorado driver's license or a Colorado ID card; or a US military card or military dependent's ID card; or a US coast guard merchant mariner card; or a native American tribal document, AND,
(b) Lawful Presence Affidavit (The affidavit will be verified thru the System Alien Verification for Entitlements, also known as the SAVE PROGRAM), AND,
(FULL TIME employment (a minimum of 30 hours per week) for the season in Pitkin County must be verified by November 27, 2008)
(d) $25.00 application fee, payable to the "City of Aspen".
