Truscott Phase I & Smuggler Apartments

Conveniently located just outside the City of Aspen, at the Aspen Golf Course.

Truscott does not offer seasonal rentals; a one-year lease minimum is required.
When a unit becomes available a sign-up list is started at the Housing Office, prospective tenants must come in and sign up. Priority for these units is given to longest consecutive full-time employment history in Pitkin County. No proof of employment is required at the time of sign up; it will be required once the unit is offered.

Tenants pay for telephone and cable T.V., and all other utilities are included in the rent. Units are unfurnished. A common coin-op laundry facility is available. This is an auto disincentive project with very limited parking. Guests must park off site.

Pets allowed in buildings 500, 600 and 700 (either one dog or cat per unit only).

For more information, please contact the Housing Office at (970) 920-5050 during regular business hours 8:00am to 5:00pm. Please DO NOT submit applications until a unit has been offered.
