Housing Board
THE ASPEN/PITKIN COUNTY HOUSING AUTHORITY (APCHA) BOARD OF DIRECTORS acts as work-force housing advocates by representing the views and perspectives of the larger communities of the City and County and translating those views and perspectives into concrete recommendations to the City and County. For the day-to-day operations of the APCHA Office and any questions regarding renting, owning or compliance, please contact the Office staff. A list can be found on this website under "Contact Us." The APCHA Board meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. The location is in the Plaza1 Meeting Room, Courthouse Plaza, 530 East Main, Aspen, unless noted differently on that week's agenda. For an application to apply to the APCHA Board, click here. Once completed, please turn into the City Clerk's Office at City Hall, 130 South Galena, 2nd Floor; or the Pitkin County Administrative Offices, 530 East Main, 3rd Floor.
