Lone Pine was constructed in 1980 and started out as a land lease property.  The owners owned their unit but paid a land lease.  In 1996, the unit owners were able to buy-out from the land lease.  The project is located at 0155 Lone Pine Road and consists of 28 units.  The project is classified as Category 4 and consists of 4 studio units, 14 one-bedroom unit and 10 two-bedroom units.
