East Cooper Court Condominiums was a subdivision that was created in 1995.  The City of Aspen approved the relocation and remodel of the existing historic house located on the property, the relocation and remodel of the existing historic barn on the property, the deed restriction of one of the units at a Category 3, develop two additional free market units, and develop an additional Resident Occupied employee unit.  The property is located at 943 and 947 East Cooper.
