Above are links that will direct you to important information regarding our sales program, current listings, lottery information, etc. Plese feel free to contact our Sales Manager at 920-5054 if you have additional questions.             Sales Housing Map                                                                                                                                                            After January 31st of each year, copies of W2’s/1099’s/Profit and Loss from the previous year are required.  After April 15th, copies of your complete income tax returns (personal and business) from the previous year are required.   EXTENSIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.    All applications must include copies of bank statements, mortgage statements and tax bills or appraisals to document assets.  Back-up documentation is required for all information stated on the asset/liability page of the application.   To be eligible to purchase, non-citizens must be qualified aliens.  Persons with temporary visas do not qualify as qualified aliens.     If you have not bid before, please complete the packet and attach all documentation for submission during the first week of the bid period.
