The project was approved in 1991 for three free-market townhomes known as the Ute Trail Townhomes and seven deed-restricted townhomes known as Billings Place.  Billings Place Condominiums are located on Aspen Mountain Road.  The units were constructed in 1995.  Out of the seven units, there are 2 Studios, 4 Two-Bedrooms and 1 Three-Bedroom.  The categories range from 1 to 4. All of the deed-restricted units include a garage.
