Aspen Highlands Village was constructed in 2001 at the base of Highlands Village Ski area and consists of 67 units.  There are a variety of units -- condominiums, duplexes, single-family homes -- located throughout the Village.  The units can be found on Boomerang Road, Prospector Road, Cloud Nine and Exhibition Lane.  Within the Village also deed-restricted rental units; however, the category backdown below only includes ownership units:
