Aspen Highlands Villas are located at 0098 Glen Dee Road.  The units were constructed in 1981 and consist of 16 two-bedroom Category 4 units.  The HOA dues cover common water (for the laws), common electricity (lights located on the outside of the units), trash and recycling service, insurance for the structure, long-term and capital reserves (replacing roofs, painting siding, etc.) and snow plowing of the parking lot and sidewalk to the bus (owners shovel in front of their own units).  The owners do a lot of the annual maintenance at the spring clean-up/work day in May or June.
