Trainor's Landing is located on the west side of town adjacent to Koch Park, off of Garmisch Street.  The units were constructed in 2002 and there are a total of seven homes.  There are four three-bedroom Category 4 units configured into two duplexes, and three RO single-family homes.  The RO homes are under an updated deed restriction and are required to be resold through the lottery process.
