Below are properties for long-term rentals (minimum 1 year lease) managed by the Aspen/Pitkin Housing Authority (APCHA). You must sign up for these units at the APCHA Office at 530 E. Main St., Aspen, CO 81611 in person when advertised in the classified section of the Aspen Daily News on Mondays and Tuesdays, and on our website. The sign-up ends at 3:00 pm that Wednesday. Staff reviews the sign-up list and contacts the household with the longest work history of consecutive full time employment in Pitkin County.

DO NOT submit any applications until unit is offered. Documentation is not needed at the time of sign up, it will be required once unit is offered. To prove work history, applicant(s) will need to bring copies of W2's for years worked full-time IN PITKIN COUNTY.
2012 W2's are REQUIRED for APPLICATIONS after JAN 31st !
