Projects managed by the Aspen/Pitkin Housing Authority (APCHA) hereafter referred as the
“Housing Office” include:
  • Aspen Country Inn
  • Truscott Phase I and II
  • Smuggler Mountain Apartments
  • Marolt Ranch Seasonal Housing. 
When units managed by the Housing Office come available, interested applicants must come in and sign up on for the specific unit at the Housing Office, 530 E. Main St. LL, Aspen, CO 81611.
 
Rentals managed by the Housing Office will be advertised under the "For Rent" section of the Aspen Daily News on Monday and Tuesday.
 
PRIORITY GIVEN TO THE LONGEST PROVEN WORK HISTORY IN PITKIN COUNTY.
 
DO NOT submit any applications until unit its offered. No employment history proof is needed at the time of sign up, it will be required once unit is offered.
 
To prove work history, applicant(s) will need to bring copies of W2's for years worked full-time IN PITKIN COUNTY & A CURRENT PAYCHECK STUB(s).  If you do not have your W2's, you can request them through your employer, or contact the Social Security office in Glenwood Springs, 201 14th St. 945-8609 for a report of your employment history.
 
Tenants currently in APCHA managed properties are not eligible for the sign-up list as they already have employee housing. If you are a current tenant and would like to transfer, please complete a transfer request form and contact the Housing Office at 970-920-5050 for further information.
 
Please Note: Specific projects have site-specific aspects as to qualification, rental processes and rent structures.
