Common Ground Housing is located at 101-621 independence Place.  The project was constructed in 1994.  There are a total of 21 units -- 8 one-bedroom units, 5 two-bedroom units, and 8 three-bedroom units.  The units are either Category 2 or Category 3.  There is a Ground Lease Agreement with Pitkin County for 50 years.
