Park Place Condominiums is located at 411 East Cooper -- above the McDonald's.  The project was approved in 1981.  The project consisted of eight commercial condominium units and four employee housing units.  The four residential condominium units are categorized to "middle" income (currently known as Category 4), with two of the units and two of the units ownership.
